From my recollection, Santiago is inland… Probably need to go to Valparaiso or Vina del Mar for that kind of thing.

yes, I have a map…give me some ideas that you have seen for a guy to get a decent visa, get ahead and become a yuppy that lives on the beach- in other words would you say that there is any social mobility for a foreigner/westerner in chile…if not any other country suggestions?
